Welcome to DoctorsHero, a suite of digital healthcare platforms owned and operated by Modern Mediks Ltd (“Modern Mediks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using DoctorsHero's websites, mobile applications, or any affiliated service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Modern Mediks Ltd and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) — whether you are a hospital, healthcare professional, or patient user.

A separate localized entity registered in Bangladesh operates certain regional services, pricing, and features in accordance with local laws and courts. Use of the Service in Bangladesh constitutes acceptance of these Terms as adapted by that entity.

2. Nature of the Service

DoctorsHero is a software platform provider, not a medical service provider. The platform facilitates healthcare data management, appointment scheduling, hospital administration, and patient record organization.

Modern Mediks and DoctorsHero do not replace qualified medical judgment or clinical consultation. Any medical advice, educational information, or wellness tips presented in the DoctorsHero PatientCare App or Modern Mediks social channels are for general informational purposes only and are not substitutes for a licensed physician's diagnosis or treatment.

AI-generated content (including fitness, diet, or general medication guidance) is provided as automated assistance, not professional medical advice.

3. Eligibility

To use DoctorsHero, you must be one of the following:

• •Licensed healthcare professionals or authorized hospital staff for professional modules; or
• •Patients or guardians for PatientCare modules.

Users must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under their local laws. For minors under 16, parental or guardian consent is required.

4. Account Registration

To use DoctorsHero, users must register an account and provide accurate information. You agree to:

Modern Mediks targets 98% service uptime across all platforms. While we strive for continuity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for downtime or data loss arising from:

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except for localized services managed under the Modern Mediks Bangladesh entity, which may be governed by Bangladeshi law and jurisdiction.
